GosuGamers profile Orange

Orange is a Malaysian eSports organization which was founded on July 2011. Their Dota 2 squad has been on the top of SEA scene ever since they made their first step into the Dota 2. The most notable result of this team was a third place at The International 2013 were they've absolutely dominated many favorited teams. However, the roster has suffer a big changes after that event and now it has a whole new look.

Team History

Orange's Dota squad was founded in July 2011. The team was gathered around Malaysian star player Mushi. At the start they had some amazing results such as taking second places at both The Games Expo and MGT, and finally the first place at ESTC. This was followed by participations at ESWC '11 and G League 3 aswell. Soon after SMM '11, Mushi has decided to take a break from his professional gaming career, and therefore he was replaced by Khoo 'Ohaiyo' Chong Xin. Ohaiyo's joining was followed also by Ice's and YamateH's joining.[1] Soon after those changes, new squad has managed to win Malaysia Invitational.[2]

Orange has made the transition to Dota 2, same as all other professional teams. In January, 2013 YamateH has left Orange to join up the team Zenith. His leaving was a sign for more changes. Soon after him WinteR and Ice also decided to leave the team and they both were replaced by Net and Ohaiyo, who has joined from MUFC eSports.[3] A month later, Orange has recruited one more member, making it in total six - Fadil 'Kecik_Imba' Raziff was introduced as the 6th player of Orange.

On 26th August 2013, Mushi announced that he will be leaving Orange because he wants to move on and try his luck in some Chinese Dota 2 team.[4]

On 21th September 2013, Orange organization has officialy announced that they will drop their Dota 2 squad, this decision came after players decided to change the flag and play for a new sponsor who has offered a much better contracts for them.[5]

On 16th October 2013, Orange has introduced their new line up which included: WinteR, Ling, TooFuckingGood, Sharky and YamateH.[6]

On 19th January 2014, SXOCXS and InsidiousC joined Orange.[7]

On 26th January 2014, it was officialy announced that YamateH will be moving to Titan.[8]

On 1st February 2014, Orange's roster got completed by acquiring the fifth player, Ysaera.[9]
